Turn Online 'Window Shoppers' into Buyers

Using your SiteSuite website tools to manage product descriptions

Each product in your online store can have a Short Description and a Long Description. Use the Long Description to provide more information about each product, giving customers the confidence — and the incentive — to go ahead with a purchase. Remember that using your SiteSuite tools, you can add cross-selling links to each product to alert customers to other products in your store that may interest them.

Consider two online stores offering the same product at the same price. Which store is more likely to convert browsers into buyers?
