Blog comments
by Chris Sutton
Blog comments. As you might have seen from our blogs and newsletters over the last few months, we’ve been very active with our product development, new directions on our website (including blogs) and much effort to improve our customer response times, etc. Some of this activity has happened, as it should, in response to our customers’ feedback.
That feedback has mainly been via e-mail and sometimes by telephone, and while we’ve been busy extolling the benefits of blogs on business websites, to date we haven’t been enabling comments within our blog section. However, blogs and the feedback they generate are an important part of creating a conversation with your customers, so we’re going to start opening up some of our blogs for feedback. We genuinely want to hear what you think, questions you might have on a particular topic, suggestions for topics, etc. So while not all blogs will have comments enabled, on those that do, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll also have seen in our blog topics that we have started a guest blog. We have thousands of customers across a very wide range of industries and very often those customers have inspirational stories gathered along the way as they have built their businesses from simple beginnings. If anyone wants to share those stories in a blog, leave a blog comment below with your contact details, or e-mail me direct at chris@sitesuite.com.au
