Why choose SiteSuite for your business & ecommerce website?
Commercial Depth
Both Chris and Grant, the two founding SiteSuite directors, each have over 30 years of sound, successful, and diverse business experience both domestically and internationally. Importantly for our clients we understand business at a commercial level, not just a technical level, and we believe this delivers better outcomes for our clients.
Low risk
The bottom line here is very simple, our sites work and they have better than industry-average uptime. The paradox in IT is that to make a software interface rich and fully featured, while being simple and intuitive, requires a comprehensive level of “back of house” skill. This is why many companies in our space simply give up, don’t have the skills in-house and simply focus on using someone else’s “Open Source” product through an external provider. In business there is an old adage, the longer the supply chain the greater the risk. We have an incredibly rich product of our own to offer and naturally prefer to use it, we know it works, because we built it! That said, one of our big advantages is that we have the in-house skills to operate across a variety of software platforms.
Accessibility
In this overloaded 24/7 world, access can be important. We have clearly defined pathways for support and, more importantly, access to staff. The mobile phone numbers of our two directors, Chris and Grant, are freely available as the ultimate backstop.
We care about service
This may sound trite, but we actually care about giving clients web sites that work for them. Our staff work hours that are all over the clock and we try to meet client expectations in a timely and professional manner. No one gets it right all the time and we are no different to any other company in that regard. However we do try to get right all the time, and that means we are squarely on your side in helping you with your business.
Complimentary business help
We are always open to and looking for ways we can support our client's businesses. Recently we launched a free Members Market where SiteSuite clients can post product and service offers to other SiteSuite clients. The directors also host a regular ”Live at SiteSuite” coffee morning where a guest speaker (internal or external) talks about an area of interest, be it business or life. The idea here is very simple, a shared experience can often help give you ideas on how to improve your business, and it provides an opportunity to network with people not in your immediate business circle.
Quiet Achievers
We simply get the job done; as long as clients participate we don’t stop until your web site performs successfully and as you want it. Here’s a simple example: in late May we ran an independent SEO score test over three ASX companies in the online space (carsales.com, seek.com.au and realestate.com.au); their average score was 7.8 with the highest at 8. Our score in the same test was 8.2 and we still think we have more upside. We are competitive, and we understand that ongoing and continuous improvement in business is important.
Size matters
We like to think that with around 30 staff we are small enough to care about our clients at an individual level, while being big enough for clients not to worry as staff move in and out of the company due to the natural order of things.
Breadth of experience
We have been in this business for over 11 years now and have thousands of clients using our CMS software. We have and do provide web sites, portals, white-branded products, intra nets, online learning, mobile apps and so on to a wide variety of commercial and not for profit organisations in Australia and around the world.
Technical Expertise
Sure, like others, we have a PHD, a few Masters, and a raft of other Degrees scattered amongst our staff. However, the most important attribute is that we have an excellent mix of skills and experience that we take care in closely matching to client requirements.
Growing resource library
Over the years we have built up an extensive reference resource of FAQs, and how-to articles, etc. There's a wealth of information in this area as some of our blogs will attest and these are all freely accessible to clients.
Pricing - yes, we do fix $500 websites
In this age of information overload you are always going to find people looking for a marketing “sound bite” based solely on price. There is little difference between this approach and SPAM, each has a statistically known percentage of people who will buy your product purely on price. Our pricing is equitable and fair for the product and functionality you will receive. However, we are also flexible in this area as we are truly interested in developing long term relationships with our clients and helping them build successful businesses. All we ask is, if you're doing a price comparison against us, that you make sure it’s a true “oranges vs oranges” test. We have an extremely low cancellation rate by industry standards (there is a good reason for this) and, yes, in case you get into trouble we do fix $500 websites!
